The program
The Syniray affiliate program is run by Syniray, Inc. It pays a commission to approved affiliates for new customers who subscribe to Syniray Pro or Max after following their link. Taking part is free.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a Syniray account with a confirmed e-mail address and give accurate information in your application. Syniray reviews every application and may approve or decline it at its discretion.
Your link and attribution
Your personal link has the form https://affiliate.syniray.ai/invite/your-code. A person who opens it reaches the Syniray sign-up page with your invitation; the new Syniray account created from that page is linked to you, and that link is permanent.
- Existing accounts cannot be referred.
- Each customer has at most one affiliate.
- An invitation is valid for 30 days after the link was opened.
- Nothing is stored in the visitor's browser to attribute a sign-up.
The commission
You earn 20% of the first paid invoice of a Syniray Pro or Max subscription (monthly or annual) of each customer you referred, calculated on the amount paid without taxes, after discounts. Each customer earns one commission only: renewals, plan changes, credit packs and later payments earn nothing more. Commissions are counted in US dollars; an invoice in another currency is converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of the day it was paid.
Holding period, refunds and chargebacks
A commission becomes available 30 days after the customer's payment. A partial refund reduces it in proportion; a full refund or a chargeback cancels it. If the commission was already paid, the difference is deducted from your next payments.
Payments
Available commissions are paid once a month, when your available balance reaches at least US$50, by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise, to the payment details you give in your dashboard, which must be correct and in your name. Before the first payment you must give us the tax information our accountant requests. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are yours.
How you may promote Syniray
Say clearly that you are a Syniray affiliate. You may not:
- send spam or unsolicited messages;
- make claims Syniray does not make — about prices, results, free access or anything else;
- bid on the Syniray name, or misspellings of it, in search advertising;
- create accounts for other people, or pay or reward people to sign up;
- present yourself as Syniray or as acting on its behalf.
Follow the laws that apply to you, including those on advertising and on disclosing paid relationships.
Own purchases and fraud
Purchases made by you, by accounts you control or with a payment card of your own account earn no commission. Syniray may refuse or reverse commissions obtained in breach of these terms, including through fake or automated accounts.
Suspension and termination
You may leave the program at any time by writing to us. Syniray may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms; commissions obtained in breach of them are not paid. When your participation ends for any other reason, commissions you have already earned are paid under section 6.
Taxes and your status
You take part as an independent party — not as an employee, agent or partner of Syniray. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on what you receive.
Changes to these terms
Syniray may change these terms. We will tell affiliates by e-mail at least 30 days before a change that reduces the commission takes effect. A change never affects commissions already earned.
